Salman Ravala was not afforded the same advantages given to his peers during his upbringing. Being the son of immigrant parents created significant setbacks and required Salman to approach challenges differently while also needing to work twice as hard to achieve his dreams. Through the power of scholarships and mentorships, Salman earned the opportunity to soar, to create a comfortable future for his family, and most importantly, the chance to volunteer and give back.
